PERKESO EIS (SIP) SCHEME
ZOHL Consultancy Sdn Bhd has been appointed as a Training Provider (PERKESO.600-7/12/1) by the Malaysian Social Security Organization (SOCSO) or PERKESO to conduct training programs for Malaysians and permanent residents who have been retrenched (subject to PERKESO Terms & Conditions) and training fees will be funded by PERKESO.
Individuals who contribute to PERKESO-SIP and have been retrenched, are eligible to register for the courses / training programs required to improve their skills (re-skill and/or up-skill) and the course fees will be funded by the government through PERKESO (Terms & Conditions apply).
Eligibility requirements:
You have made PERKESO-SIP contributions before being laid off. If you have a new job, it must not exceed 6 months.

Individuals who contribute to PERKESO-SIP and are retrenched.
What is this program for?
To gain new skills and knowledge.
Outcome:

PERKESO PENJANA KERJAYA 3.0 SCHEME
Program Insentif Pengambilan Pekerja (PEMULIH)
ZOHL Consultancy Sdn Bhd has been appointed as a Training Provider (PERKESO.600-7/12/1) by the Malaysian Social Security Organization (SOCSO) or PERKESO to conduct training programs for Malaysians and permanent residents who have been retrenched (subject to PERKESO Terms & Conditions) and training fees will be funded by PERKESO.
Improvements to PenjanaKerjaya or Penjana Kerjaya 3.0 program have been announced in the Pakej Perlindungan Rakyat dan Pemulihan Ekonomi (PEMULIH) specifically to stimulate employment by employers and job search for job seekers.
Following the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic affecting businesses and unemployment, the program was developed to stimulate the creation and increase of employment opportunities.
Whether you are an employer or a job seeker, you may be eligible to receive benefits from this program.
In a nutshell, PENJANA KERJAYA is an incentive provided to encourage employers to hire employees while MyFutureJobs is a portal developed for job seekers, especially to help those affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.

This is a TRAIN & PLACE PROGRAM

- The participant must attend the course in its entirety (100 percent attendance). Failure to comply will result in a fine between RM3,000-RM5,000> for the employer (course fee approved by PERKESO)

- The Training Provider retains the right to reject any participant based on their own criterion

- Sebelum mendaftar, pastikan anda dapat mengikuti keseluruhan kursus
- Peserta mesti mengikuti kursus secara keseluruhan (100 peratus kehadiran). Kegagalan mematuhi akan dikenakan denda antara RM3,000-RM5,000> untuk majikan (yuran kursus yang diluluskan oleh PERKESO)
- Penggantian peserta tidak dibenarkan
- Hanya setelah mendapat SURAT JAMINAN dari PERKESO barulah kerusi disahkan
- Penyedia Latihan mempunyai hak untuk menolak mana-mana peserta berdasarkan kriteria mereka sendiri.
