However, the Company can neither review all material before it is posted on the Web Site nor ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. Accordingly, the Company assumes no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications or content provided by third parties. The Company reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to protect the personal safety of users of the Web Site and the public; however, the Company has no liability or responsibility to anyone for performance or nonperformance of the activities described in this paragraph.

2. MEMBERSHIP TO THE WEB SITE
Prospective Users: Prospective users will need to register with the Web Site. There is no expiry date on the registration. However, the users can cancel their registration at any time by doing so at their personal Dashboard or by sending an email to us at info@zohlgroup.com
3. FEATURES OF THE WEB SITE
The Web Site has several resources and functions that members can access and use, as they seek an online information to broaden their knowledge on myriad of topics.
(a) Blogs: The Company compensates bloggers to submit content relevant to featured industries and/or courses/categories.
(b) The Web Site is linked to other websites affiliated with ZOHL Group. Users are allowed to use the information provided and the services offered, subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy herewith stated and the affiliated websites, respectively.
4. DIGITAL PROFILE AND EDUCATIONAL VIDEO CONTENT
Users will have the option of posting multimedia content along with their digital profile. Multimedia content including text, audio, graphics, files and videos must be professional and polite and may not contain profanity or otherwise offensive or defamatory content. Online content must also be accurate and may not contain false or misleading information. Users must have the right to post the content, and content may not violate the rights of any other individual. The Company reserves the right to remove any content and/or terminate the account of any users who posts content that does not comply with these Terms of Use.
Users will have full control over the privacy of their content and digital profile contents. Users can make their profile and content completely public or they can limit access to only certain individuals, such as prospective employers. Moreover, users can separate their privacy preferences, such as keeping their profile public while the content remains private. Users are responsible for their own privacy settings, and the Company is not responsible for users failing to set or change the privacy controls.
Additionally, zohlgroup platform will allow users to rank, vote and provide feedback on the content.
5. COMMUNICATION
The Web Site has a manage platform that can be used to facilitate communication between the users and the Admin over the course of the online session. By offering the manage platform, the Company is merely acting as an intermediary is not a party to any communications between Admin and users. The Company is not responsible and shall not be liable for any errors or miscommunications between the Admin and users.
6. TERMINATION OR RESTRICTION OF ACCESS
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or limit your access to the Web Site at any time, without notice. If the Company terminates your account for a violation of these Terms of Use, you will not receive a refund for subscription fees already paid.
7. COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS/USE OF CONTENT

All other names, brands and marks are used for identification purposes only and may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. The Company and any party that provided trademarks, service marks, logos, and copyrighted works to the Company retain all rights with respect to any of their respective trademarks, service marks, logos, and copyrighted works appearing in this site.
The material and content contained within and accessible from the Web Site (the “Content”) is the proprietary information of the Company or the party that provided or licensed the Content to the Company, whereby such providing party retains all right, title, and interest in the Content. The Company makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the Web Site in meeting its objectives of prospective users or their employers. The Company does not guarantee that utilizing the Web Site will lead to performance improvement for prospective users, or the identification of issues or problems for your companies. Nor will the Company be liable for any miscommunications, missed tasks or other issues that arise while using the Web Site’s manage platform.

These Terms of Use shall be governed in all respects by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles, and exclusive jurisdiction over any cause of action arising out of these Terms of Use or your use of the Web Site shall be in the state or federal courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
The owner of the Web Site is based in Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia.
